When your child comes in for his or her first children’s dentistry visit around age three, we will provide him or her with a “Happy Visit,” taking him or her for a ride in the dental chair, counting teeth, and gently cleaning his or her teeth. We want your child to have fun so they want to come back!

Dr. Gentling uses his playful demeanor to relate to the kids, making them comfortable in the dentist’s office and keeping fears at bay. We welcome you to sit with your child in the exam room during his or her children’s dentistry visit, allowing you to see what we’re doing and giving your child that added level of comfort. They can watch cartoons on the televisions in our treatment rooms during their visits, and when we’re done, we provide your child with stickers and toys!

Most of our staff members, including Dr. Gentling, have kids at home, so we understand the special touch children’s dentistry requires.
